Dodge Co, Wi
That sure is some crazy talk. Up here our ET (economic threshold) is 250 per plant with an EIL (economic injury level) of approximately 1000 per plant, for the numbers to double twice in less time than it takes to get a sprayer to the field would be rather miraculous in my opinion. I'm quite comfortable in the 250 per plant ET. Any revenge-type spraying prior to reaching the ET is just begging for trouble, either by killing a lot of the beneficials and/or having to spray another time that may not have been necessary, even if that 2nd app. is free.

Right now up here in Ontario we're not seeing a whole lot yet, one day you'll see a plant with 200 on it, one plant, flag it, come back the next day and maybe see 5. So far so good.
