I like SDSU's threshold calculator. It works a lot like this: You find a few aphids, keep checking, if you find a few more SPRAY!

If DuPont and Syngenta are giving out 45 day gaurantees, I beleive you have to consider throwing it in with the last R-up pass if you've found "some".
