Dry side of Oregon

Regardless of how you initially define your variable rate zones, measuring protein (in wheat) during harvest will tell you whether you applied too little or too much based on the critical protein % of your variety.  From a protein map, you will be able to alter your zones for better management.  With out this feed back, you are guessing.
