Plus 1 isujim. Help is key. Make sure if you buy you can expand. Guy told me once the business he was in ( not ag) it seemed like they did well while expanding but if they quit expanding the had a harder time. I was 17 and at 29 I think I found out why. Expansion ( if done right) means lower taxes.:-) I would rather milk 300 in a planned out setup then 45 in a tiestall. Even if it paid the same. ( just me)
