Have been buying a fat lamb to butcher from a friend who finishes them once a year for the last few. Keep the lamb chops out and the rest gets cut into chislic. For those who don't know what that is it is just cubes about 1 inch square. We then grill that. It's awesome with some garlic salt and of course beer.
