I had it once at the home of a realtor I know who 'won' a lamb at the county fair animal sale. The piece I sampled was not dry, on the contrary it was dripping grease. It wasn't horrible, but it also didn't kindle a lifelong love affair. I would eat it again if that was all that was available.
How many folks eat Lamb?
