I have had smoked lamb from the Sonora wool house. I have BBQd in MN. I have lamb burgers at the Iowa State Fair. The BBQ lamb and the lamb burgers were good.
The meal I have ever had is elk at the Inn of the Mountain Gods near Ruidosa, NM. You tell the waitress to cook it to the cooks specification. That was the best meal I have ever had.
How many folks eat Lamb?
