20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana		My neighbor has a 3 point and my uncle has an actual backhoe. We always get a whole lot more done when my uncle shows up. Not bashing a 3 point, but if you plan on putting in a lot of starts I'd look hard for a deal on a decent backhoe. Once you get one you'll wish you had years ago IMO
