I heard of a guy driving a gas grain truck that got pulled over to get weighed. He pulled out the choke when he went to start the truck to drive onto the scales and flooded the engine so he couldn't start it. DOT guy tired of waiting for the engine to start again and the guy left a few hours later with his truck. Without a ticket.
