NW Central Ohio
Go to court when it says to. Check with the Clerk of Courts when you get there and ask why there isn't any court scheduled. Tell them you have met the requirements of the ticket, and that you won't be coming back without an attorney and will be requesting the presence of the arresting officer. (Every person who has ever been served with a traffic ticket has the right to have the arresting officer present). If you make it too expensive for them to collect the fine...they won't be able to use it as a revenue generating tool.
