Make a splint from a looped rebar that goes up over the hop and back down again.,or even pve pipe peices on two sides of the leg and wrap the leg with a towel over swollen area and wrap the whole thing up with duct tape from to top bottom to hold things in place Give penicillin shots and watch for fever.
