It is my understanding that crop adjuster have to be cleared by home land security. That would take at least 6 months if not more. Of course I read that on the internet so it may or may not be true. If that is true it would be impossible to increase the number of adjusters and as big of an area that had a drouth just about every area will have claims so moving them around will only help some.
