If it is something a person wants, hate to wait and lose it, someone else will call as soon as they see it, and it will be gone.
So much any more, sellers are tired of all the scams out there, and sell to the first person showing up with cash - can't even call and say I'll be there tomorrow to view the item - nope, first one up the driveway with cash and it's gone......
What's a potential buyer to do any more?
