E.Central MN | I think they should have thought about that before they took on the job to be an adjuster.
As far as calling someone on Sunday, I think they should start with "I'm sorry that I need to call on Sunday" and then hope that people they call are flexible enough to work with them. I'm sure some will, some won't. A couple of my neighbors go to church every Saturday evening(Catholic) so unless they are having their grandkids over for Sunday dinner they wouldn't have a problem with it. If I can't be available the first time the adjuster calls, then I try harder to meet with him the next time he can schedule it. I know that he's just trying to get his work done, too. | |
