My Dad used to help me quite a bit on the farm and I never said a thing about anything that happened. I could make the same mistake and his help was better, I'm sure, than anyone I could have hired anyway. He ran the Uni Picker for harvesting all our seed corn the last few years and he was 82 when he quit. Some day you'll be older too and things may not go as smoothly as you'd like and I'm sure you'll hope someone will give you a little slack.
Anybody have an employee that costs more than just their wages?
