I hired a guy to drive silage truck once. First job, first field, not even a teaspoonful of feed hauled, and he ran into the truck in front of him. I owed him maybe $10 in wages and it cost about $2000 to get a new radiator and straighten the truck out enough so it could be used again. Pretty poor ratio.

And, NO, the guy never climbed in my truck again.
