Paul, I have had good luck working with Corn Pro. I do agree that it is unusual there is no company address or phone number on their website.

I did go to their dealer locator and put in a S MN (New Ulm) zip code and came up with what looks like their main dealer in MN:

Sometimes smaller manufacturers are better at producing products than websites. Thank you for the kind words on our website. It takes a lot of work and the right people to do that.
