southern MN | I sent them an email - they have no location listed anywhere on their web site, and they mention they don't sell direct, only through dealers. Their 'dealer' tab is either meant only for dealers to contact them; or it is broken and shows an error, no dealers.
Can't do business with a company that doesn't offer me their physical location (that is just info I need, I will not work with a business floating 'out there' somewhere) and some way to contact a retail outlet.
Something for all small manufacturers to consider. Your web site for example, passes the muster. :)
