West MI
I agree with pk on his idea as well....I was in a similiar situation when I was in college. I ended up asking around and found a dairy farm that needed a guy to milk nights (10 pm-3am), feed and calve if needed, plus there was lots of additional hours in the spring and I could pick up a few extra hours everyother week by scrubbing down the parlor "real good". That worked good for the time but after a year of that it took its toll on me. Ended up landing a job, after an internship for credit hours, with a water well drilling company. Learned a lot and actually ended up putting me in my non-farming career of drilling/exploration for O/G.

Needing some cash is one thing when your in school and if your like me, would work your tail off to do what it took to make ends meet. But if you can find one that does both, pays good (considering) and lets you learn a new trade/skill you will never forget that......vs your first semester English Literature reports.......

Good luck!
