Don't those two bushings hold the drum either way? We were told to run the chain looser in the up position. We were told to still keep the same clearance from the chain slat to the bottom of the feeder house as we did with it in the grain position. We did tighten it just a touch more though because the chain looked so loose.
Is the chopper my problem on the 2577?
