ALTUS,OKLA73521 | Unless you have a blood test and are found to be deficient in b12, I would not just take it. No adverse effect , but why take it if you do not need it. It has been a hoax for 50 years foisted on the american public. Un less you are deficient in it , you don't need it.Same with Ferrous sulfate. And there is an adverse effect from too much Iron. You can over load the liver and start looking brown. Just before you die. And that is a little extreme, but too much iron will make you very ill in the long run. that is why I hate to see so much otc meds taken.In 2007 the cost of prescribed medicine was about 12 billion Dollars. The total spent on over the counter , and largely ineffective was $32 billion. | |
