Silver Lake, Kansas | My doc decided that I needed B12 shots also. I went in once a week for 4 weeks, then once every two weeks for a month then I am supposed to go once a month. I hadn't felt good for several years also. I have noticed a difference but I also started taking a different medicine about the same time so I am not sure which one is doing the job currently. I asked about taking pills instead of the shots and was told that there was less chance for the vitamin to be absorbed in the stomach. Don't really mind getting the shots other than the time to drive to the office each time. After two or three months they were going to check the B12 level and see if it is more normal. | |
