Wallis, TX | Not saying all are like this, but neighbor had one built and I was less than impressed with the quality of the finished product and even less impressed with the crew. Foundation is lacking by any standard, piers without bells & beams backfilled with blackland not select fill as is normal here. Crew put the house on foundation, tore off the plastic covering but didn't put it back for night. 3" of rain that night ruined the inside. They are still having problems with falling sheetrock and mold. Lastly the roofline is not even, looks like it is separating. | |
