OK I admit, I have this stigma about modular's thinking sub standard building but I understand they are built in a controlled enviro. And could be better than on site stick built.
So, do you believe the value should be the same for either if comparin apples for apples?
Or would you devalue a home because it is a modular?

if you think they have some 'stigma', then for you, they always will. you just as well find someone, and build what you want. no use making everyone who is happy with a modular defend their reasoning. just like seed brands, or tractor colors. if you have a certain view on this, i dont think any comments here will change your mind. kind of like the boiler room regulars. |
