| Then you must have a manufactured home..Not a Modular. Modular in the "real estate" world is the same as stick built. Manufactured is not, and it's considered a mobile home. Manufactured is build on a steel frame and has a title sometimes. Modular is all stick built, no title. But I know there are some "cheap" modular out there that would remind you of a manufactured home. | |
