Northeast Nebraska and Candelaria Philippines | I've heard of water heater propane explosions. In fact, up in the dakotas about a year ago, someone my brother knew had there house blow up. They lost there child, and he lost his leg. I have never heard of someone getting electricuted with a water heater, not saying it can't happen, I've just never heard of a case.
