Cell phones, Facebook and the Federal Dept of Labor also must share in the blame for what is happening to our children. Ever try to employ a kid under 18 years old????? Do you employ anyone under 18, is the first thing a DOL "investigator" asks when they stop in for a "visit"

Bullies are cowards. In my day, the 70's, if you stood up to them they would most likely leave you alone. Saw a teacher pick one up by his neck and hold him on the wall for a few seconds. He got the idea really quick. They became good friends after that.

Now, in our local school, bullies are protected by the school. Victims, if they stand up for themselves, are the ones punnished.

Irt is said that we are rules by the hippies of the 60's.
