That's too bad. If we get them put back in, we save them. Half the time they die while putting it back in, because if the vet pokes a hole through that main artery, they bleed out in 2 minutes, nothing you can do but watch them die. It is just an ugly thing, prolapses. The ones with the best chances of making it are the ones that you can stop from the whole thing coming out. Much easier said than done. Takes 2 people, have to keep them up if they are up, and get them up if they are down. And have to keep them from pushing. LIKE SAID, MUCH EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
