Yes you do. But if you are truly set on charging cost of production for your feed. I would love to fill your yard and all the yards you can find if you are willing to keep feeding cost of production feed. Knowing true costs is a good way to decide weather or not its is still worth doing. Now granted you can't shut off a dairy as fast as you can a feed lot, but you stil need to know when to bail out.
