I buy all the feed and today my feed cost is right at $11/cwt. This is only the cow feed,no fuel or youngstock feed. We started with 3 cows in 1986. No help from anywhere, if something needed fixing or built it probably got done the hard way (by me). But I would like to know more about getting to 250 head from 12 head in 12 years (as in the article)!!
