In my experience, you waste about seven days trying everything and the last shot you give comes from a 30-30. I've not had it on a heifer, just a couple of different older cows that should not have had a problem. One I pulled, the other had her calf in a creek by herself, but stayed down after we got her to high ground. It would be nice if your heifer recovered. I guess it's just pinched nerves or something like that.
