Like Ron said, check the marker wiring harness. Most of my problems were caused by mice chewing through the wiring harness that was inside the tongue on my end transport 8N planter. Usually if I had problems I'd pull that out and if I didn't see where they had chewed it I'd just replace it with a known good one and everything would work.
