Kentucky | MY 800 4 wide plate plug it in put it in float, and plant. The 900 Cyclo, is a whole different critter.8 row wide with Kelderman front fold. It would'nt work at all with the John Deere 3050, tractor doesn't have a float position on the valve. Hooked to a 766 , the tool bar wouldn't stop at the right height so we put a chain on the bar and let it hang down about 20 inches when it touched the ground, shoved the lever in float and it worked. This is described in the operator manual which is a the other farm ,of course. If you don,t go to float position it doesn,t work right. Everyone we have talked to about recommend'ed using cylinder stops to set the height of the toolbar from the ground. If you are not going into float before you try to raise might be the problem. | |
