| Are you working with a 8 row narrow end transport? You may have more than one problem.
Have you pulled the wiring harness out of the tongue to make sure the mice haven't chewed the insulation off of the harness causing the wires to short out?
You may have air in the system causing problems.
The solenoid valve that I am pointing to on the right has to be "hot" to lower the planter. If you can get all the pressure off the system, you can remove the solenoid and replace with the plug that I am pointing to with my little finger. You can run the planter without the solenoid but you will have to put stops on your cylinders.
