New Mexico
Perhaps cook up a nice pot of salt pork, plenty of lard, with bacan grease, add just a mere touch of bbq.

Perhaps take the sweet corn squeezers and squeeze some NATURAL ( from the sea ) sponges in that, then let those set up.

Perhaps, keep in mind those sponges are large enough to handily cut into 2 pieces ( sponges ) before dipping in the warmed grease pot.

Perhaps hang those, one every 100 yards or so Back away from your livestock action...back there in the back fences.

Perhaps make sure your's or your nieghbors dogs don't go back that far to eat the sponges, because they could end up like the coyotes ( and other preditors ) which do.
