East Central Arkansas
I have been told the gas never leaves the tank once it has been used for gas. Tank must be washed out with soapy water. Use dawn detergent. Then completely refill tank with soapy water. Leave fill holes open and water hose running enough to keep the water up while cutting. I have seen this done and I have done it myself when younger but would probably not attemp it again. I am in no way recommending that you do this but for sure don't try cutting it like it is. Hire a pro to do it for you.
