western NY | Around here in NY the same guys who always complain about drying charges and shrink are also the ones who brag about all the money they saved in charges by just waiting until spring to pick there corn. Then they also don't believe how anyone could get 175-200bu corn since they lost half of there crop to the deer and snow. Then when summer comes they also sit around on good days waiting for there sprouted wheat to dry down and complain about how the wheat buyers are so fussy today. They also more than likley will still have soybeans out staning when the first snow flies because no one will take them unless they are under 14%.
They all like to grumble but they also are quick to condem the rest of us for how much we must be spending on propane. | |
