New Mexico | several of em bought into this stuff 3 to 4 years ago...figuring mainly it appears that land would keep on going up.
SOOO lot's of price pressure when it appears they all need to bail for cash in the same time frame.
I was thinking Japenese Millet, for summers, winter triticale for winters, throw a shot of clover over the top on both then graze it all.
Concentrated area here with lot's of folks having to cash out.
Starting stuff will be at public auction ( Westchester will be selling the first batch say 10k acres in that ), granted there's more after that which is going to be sold too.
