I apologize also. We have a smaller church attendance than you have. Our pastor serves the bigger church in town and we are the smallest population of three mission churches. Our pastor travels over 200 miles each weekend to serve the 4 churches with 2 services on Sat evening and 2 on Sunday morning. Schedule rotates every 3 months.
We don't even attempt to put on funeral lunches all by ourselves. We don't hold sale barn lunches or fundraisers either because we figure we can donate and come out better with the limited number and ability of members to pitch in.
