I'm not picking on you at all, rancherjen, but this occurred to me as an example of of how screwy things might get if govt public health department gets involved. in trying to enforce city type rules in remote rural areas.

Which is safer from a health standpoint, roast beef properly prepared on-site by rural ladies with years of experience? Or Arby's roast beef prepared by a bunch of teenagers working their first job? Is transporting said roast beef from a fast food place 100 miles away really safer than food prepared on-site? Are there proper containers available that will allow the beef stay at proper temperature while being transported at least 2 hrs?

I know which roast beef I would rather eat.
