Southwest Illinois | Sounds like the sellers are world champs when it comes to stupid. How does one sign a sales contract at what a presume to be an auction, then rent it to another party and collect rent for 2 years all the while having not closed on the property? What did they do with the earnest money? Let me guess, they were too stupid to get any. Do they have any more ground to sell because I want in on that deal!!! | |
