Dad tells the story of a 2nd place bidder being awarded the sale.
Supposedly the owner had a backup bidder running it up and bought it back. 2nd place bidder smelled the rat and watched deed transfers and no transfer for XX amount of time. Being auctioneer proclaimed sold at the auction he won and got it for his bid.
I’m sure you would have to lawyer up and press it a bit.
I don’t think that’s how it works either. |
