No. The farm was advertised as an absolute auction but the seller had his buddy posted to make it bring an agreed amount. The farm did not bring enough so his buddy was the winner ( think reserve bid). From what I understand the seller, auctioneer and buddy were all in on it.
Being it was advertised as an absolute auction the contending bidder won his case.
