Who wrote up a PSA that gave possession before closing?
I still see “possession at time of sale” used as verbiage in some land auction bills instead of “possession at time of closing.” I suspect there are some folks that don’t recognize the difference in that terminology and they probably shouldn’t be in this business.
But I can’t say I’ve seen one (at least in recent memory) without a time limit to close.
Clueless attorney trying to play auctioneer who has never done real estate work?
