Subject: RE: Just how bad were gas tractors?

100 miles north of the NYC crapper
We had lots of gas powered stuff when I was a kid.
The biggest gas tractor was a 3020 that dad bought for some unexplained reason. That thing was a pig. Heaviest job it had was on the baler. Most of its time was spent on the manure spreader.
Also has a New Idea Uni either the v6 gmc. Had to fill it back up at lunchtime or it would run out of gas before 2
We still got a gas 560 because of its ability to start when it’s cold without being plugged in.
