Subject: RE: Just how bad were gas tractors?

I have a MM M670 Super gas, up till 4-5 years ago used to move 5-700 round bales into storage and out to feed as well as other loader work and rake hay, still use it sometimes but now use the White 6710 for moving hay most of the time. MM used about 2 gal/hour for moving hay, ( under 4gal/hour on chopper in the day or on tillage) 6710 definitely uses less fuel and is a little more body friendly, definitely cooler in the summer (AC) and warmer in the winter. MM still a good tractor and very dependable, I like to joke they can bury it with me, very few holes he could not get me out of!

Edit: notice a trend here, the ones who really hate gas seem to have a certain make......
