Keep in mind your area is pushing 250 sunny days a year vs mine at 185 while some in Ohio getting 170. Also factor the latitude having a major roll on length of daylight for different locations. These factors greatly influence ROI for panels. Solar has its benefits but like most everything else it has its downsides.
