SC WI | The reality of the market place for the employee is that there is no reason to be job scared…good paying jobs are plentiful, who wants to work on a factory floor for a few bucks more than McDicks or Walmart? Every trade is looking and JL rates are $40-60 why anyone would work for anyone for less than $30-40 in most America right now is the bigger question, it’s the honest truth most who’ve never been in the workforce in America don’t understand. | |
