Jon, this is TPP material, but as it relates to the current budget cycle - Yes I'm sure it has fat in it (they all do), but every congress needs to pass a budget. I advise you petition for less spending and increase revenues if you're actually concerned about federal debt.
So is this what America as Venezuela looks like?
