coast of Maine | From John and others posts here,I feel better ,eat way way less sweets,used to do the morning with 3 cups coffee and a few donuts ,out the door in a flash,now bacon or sausage and eggs every morning(except traveling) I am more energy stable ,dont get hunger pains at 8:oo,still do the coffee and coffee breaks but try to replace with alternatives to baked items.Went a year with zero bread,,could eat a loaf in a day,now once a month I will enjoy it,,I seem to be more focused on the future of my career than ever before,,maybe its age or others I know kicking off too young.. | |
